Purchases 

We hold a record of all your previous purchases in addition to your email, shipping & billing addresses. 

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order

  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints

  • Process payments and prevent fraud

  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes

  • Improve our store offerings

  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe credit card services. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Note: We never receive or hold any of your credit card numbers. They are encrypted and passed directly to our credit card payment provider (Stripe).

Contact Forms / Customer Support

We hold a record of all contact forms and customer support requests submitted to us. We also hold a timestamped record of the IP address used to make the submission. 

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. In order to be compliant with the new regulation Google included a data processing amendment. The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled. 

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp for our newsletter campaigns. MailChimp is the world’s largest marketing automation platform and is GDPR compliant. They have a campaign builder that makes it easy to create email templates. In Mailchimp we only store your email address, country & purchase history.
